@CarlosLivewire @hbomax Mines worked at home but not at my work site I’m not sure why. It’s perfectly fine when I watch at home but won’t play at all when I’m at work, it’s weird but it’s okay I got Netflix and other apps to watch movies on.

@HBOMaxHelp I mostly use it on my PS5. But my parents use it on their smart TV and my friends use it on other devices. Everyone has the same problem. For $15 a month I should be able to watch The Wire without getting error message intermissions.

The feature on @hbomax where you get the 3 dots on the bottom of the screen and the app freezes momentarily and then plays for a split second before freezing longer every 30 seconds is great. Keep up the good work

@HBOMaxHelp is there any way to talk to a human about an issue with my service? I can't get through a show without HBO freezing and then skipping back a few seconds and repeating until we turn it off. Close out everything and it does it again. Reinstalled already.

@MamiALuv @hbomax They were able to fix the issue for me. I guess in my case they said I had an old HBO now subscription so the only titles it would only let me watch was hbo now titles. They reset my account and now I’m able to watch everything.

@HBOMaxHelp Played HARRY POTTER 1 as test. 1 minute to load. Made it through about 1 minute of footage before audio cut out intermittently. Then video cut back to main roku menu- no prompting from me. App + roku fully up to date. All other streaming service apps work. Hbomax works on laptop.

So, the @hulu app announced a price hike, did an update, and now I can't pause or fast forward during episode playback. I don't think streaming apps should be competing to be EVEN MORE unusable than the @hbomax app. @hulu_support, can you fix this??

@HBOMaxHelp PIN doesn’t work to switch from Kids profile. Can’t reset it. Service Code: H-206a7811-2180-4d23-e2cc-90e6ce8222efOnly fix is to log out completely. No way to actually get help on website — “contact us” has no option to actually contact you.Terrible experience.

Does @HBOMaxHelp just not work on any TV? I have exhausted all support recommendations. If I try to watch on my TV it freezes and my entire TV restarts or kicks me back to TV main menu.
